These accreditations — UKCA Execution Class 4 (EXC4) for structural steelwork and ISO 9001 for quality management — demonstrate our commitment to engineering excellence, disciplined process control, and a culture of continual improvement. They are not simply certificates on the wall, but embedded frameworks that guide how we work every day.

Under the governing standard BS EN 1090, structural steel fabrication is categorised into four Execution Classes (EXC1–EXC4), each requiring progressively stricter levels of quality assurance, inspection, traceability, and production control. Execution Class 4 (EXC4) is the most stringent classification available, reserved for projects where structural integrity is paramount. This enables us to confidently supply components destined for nuclear facilities, major bridges, and large-scale public infrastructure, where precision and accountability are critical.

ISO 9001 remains the world’s most widely adopted Quality Management System standard. Since its introduction in 1987, it has set the benchmark for organisational reliability, structured process management, and customer-focused continuous improvement. Achieving certification requires clear objectives, measurable performance monitoring, efficient resource management, documented procedures, and robust risk controls — all designed to enhance customer satisfaction and minimise operational risk.
