We are thrilled to announce that we’ve officially moved into our brand-new 33,000 sq ft factory, marking a major milestone in our journey of growth, innovation, and commitment to excellence.

This state-of-the-art facility has been purpose-built to support our expanding capabilities and long-term vision. Equipped with the latest cutting-edge machinery, advanced production technology, and optimised workflows, it enables our team to operate with even greater precision, efficiency, and speed.

Most importantly, this investment allows us to elevate the quality and consistency of every product we create—delivering an even better experience for our valued customers.

OUR LATEST INVESTMENTS INCLUDE:

  • Two Brand New 15kW Lasers
    These powerful machines are capable of cutting: 40mm thick in Stainless Steel & Aluminium, 30mm in Mild Steel and 20mm in Brass and Copper. Featuring advanced mix-gas cutting technology, these lasers cut quicker and cleaner, resulting in faster lead times and superior part quality.
  • Automated Tower System
    Designed to optimise material flow and increase production flexibility, this system enhances operational efficiency — meaning even better service for our customers.
  • New 320 Tonne Press Brake
    This allows us to fold materials up to 3 meters long with exceptional accuracy. To further improve precision, we’ve added LAMS technology — an optical angle measuring system using lasers and cameras to automatically correct any deviations that could lead to angular errors.
  • 80 Tonne Press Brake with Robotic Automation
    Perfect for unmanned production of high-volume folded parts, this setup ensures consistent quality and efficiency.
